The Australian Government's overseas aid agency supports professional development in global education throughout Australia for teachers and trainee teachers. This provides a coordinated approach for teachers in government and non government schools to develop the knowledge and skills needed to integrate global education into the curriculum.
Professional development encourages teachers to become committed to implementing the concepts, skills, and values of global education in their schools.
