A Global Education case study - Dogs help the people of Mozambique
'Dogs help the people of Mozambique' is a case study focusing on the ways Australians are working to remove landmines, raise awareness about the dangers of landmines and assist people who have been injured by landmine explosions. The project involves the use of dogs in Mozambique to detect mines and the training of local community members to be dog handlers. The case study includes student activities and teacher's notes (with links to the Australian school curriculum).
