The geographical limits of this website correspond to areas heavily influenced by Buddhism, Confucianism, or Hinduism, either now or in the past. This website, a project of a number of American university professors of architecture, is a collection of photos from many different contributors, who retain ownership of their photos (copyright) and are credited in the site. Photos may be submitted electronically (email, FTP) or through regular mail. The first page of the site contains an interactive map. In each country a number of architectural sites have been built up, with many photos available, and an architectural plan explaining the site.
