Achievers International is an international economic education programme which was founded in Scotland and provides a unique opportunity for school students to actively participate in the world's economy by forming companies to import and export products. This is achieved by pairing UK schools with international partner schools, and vice versa. Achievers International enables students to learn the commercial and entrepreneurial skills required to set up a company, identify products, discover marketing opportunities, explore manufacturing skills and then export the product to order. Communication between the student companies is by e-mail and video conferencing.
