ABBOL is a project revolving around an electronic library from which africanist students and scholars in sub-Saharan Africa can retrieve scientific publications free of charge. The Centre ??quatoria promotes research on the peoples of the central Congo basin and of sub-Saharan Africa, and via the ABBOL web site offers a selection of books, journals, and other publications, dealing with africanist topics across all subject domains. There are publications and documents on early colonisalist ethnology, education, and history, as well as indices and table of contents for the journal 'Annales Aequatoria'. Some publications are available in French only.

ArchiveGrid is a service of RLG, a not-for-profit membership organization of over 150 universities, national libraries, archives, historical societies, and other institutions with remarkable collections for research and learning. In addition to a range of collaborative activities that address members' shared goals for these collections, RLG develops and operates databases and software to serve the information needs of researchers and learners worldwide.
