The Global Learning Centre (GLC) is a not-for-profit community organisation,
providing professional learning, support and resources for primary and secondary
teachers, student teachers and the general public. It consists of a public library
with a collection based on the values of social justice, peace and ecologically
sustainable development. It includes books, journals, teaching materials, CDs,
DVDs, practical classroom activities, posters and videos for borrowing by members.
There are also a number of resources for sale. The Education Officer can
tailor workshops, advise on syllabus links and teaching strategies, and assist
in the selection and use of the resources. 102 McDonald Road
