Thinking Globally Global perspectives in the early years classroom Thinking Globally provides an informative description of global education in the early years and six chapters of cross-curricula activities. Chapters explore concepts of linking with others, personal identity, dimensions of change, social justice, rights and sustainable futures. Activities model a variety of ways of adding a global perspective to current programs and are organised around three levels of thinking. The book is accompanied by a CD-ROM of materials to support teachers. It includes a collection of photographs, some of The Le@rning Federation (TLF) Learning Objects and related teaching activities, templates for thinking activities, an annotated list of picture story books and a video modelling good global education in the classroom.
