Human rights The VELS provides opportunities for a range of teaching and learning activities that cover aspects of human rights associated with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Victorian Charter. Sustainability The VELS aims to support students in developing a set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that will prepare them to create a future which is sustainable, by developing an understanding of the interaction between social, economic and environmental systems and how to manage them.
