Option 1
Students form pairs. Divide the questions and answers between the two students (not trying to give them matching questions and answers). Together they match up questions and answers. You may choose to give one student pair half the question and answer sets to match up and a second student pair the remaining questions and answers to match up. Students can swap their question and answer sets with another pair, then discuss all questions as a group of four.
Option 2
The quiz is played in groups of four or five students. Each group places all question cards face up on a table. The answer cards are arranged in a pile face down. Each question is read out by a different member of the group. Students then take turns in taking an answer card, reading it out loud and matching it with the appropriate question. Students cooperate and share their understanding and knowledge.
Option 3
The quiz is played as a class. Give question cards to half the class and the answers to the other half. Students with the question cards read out their questions in turn. Students who believe they have the corresponding answer respond by reading the answer on their card. Discussion follows to ascertain if the correct answer has been offered. The quiz ends when all question cards have been read out and matched with the correct answer.
